K2 Infragen Strengthens Leadership Team with Appointment of Virendra Kumar as Head – HR & Administration

Gurugram, Haryana, India, August 2026 — K2 Infragen Limited, an emerging infrastructure-focused organisation with a growing presence in the sector, has appointed Virendra Kumar as Head – HR & Administration, bringing nearly 25 years of experience in human resources, administration and organisational management to the leadership team. The appointment is aimed at strengthening the company’s people practices, organisational processes and workplace culture as K2 Infragen continues to build capabilities for sustainable growth.

In his new role, Kumar will be responsible for driving key human resource and administration functions, with a focus on developing effective people practices, strengthening employee engagement, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture and supporting organisational efficiency. He will also work towards aligning people-focused initiatives with the company’s broader business objectives and strengthening systems that support employee and organisational growth.

Kumar brings extensive cross-industry experience to K2 Infragen, having worked with several reputed organisations during his professional journey, including MRG Group India, Aparajitha Corporate Services, Larsen & Toubro (L&T), Voltas Limited (a Tata Enterprise), Era Infra and Intertoll ICS, among others. His nearly two-and-a-half-decade career has provided him with diverse exposure to human resources, administration, employee relations, organisational processes and people management across varied business environments.

Commenting on the appointment, Mr Virendra Kumar, Head – HR & Administration, K2 Infragen Limited, said, “I am delighted to join K2 Infragen and look forward to contributing to its growth and organisational development. Kumar’s appointment comes at a time when strong human capital, effective processes and organisational agility are becoming increasingly important for companies operating in the infrastructure sector. His experience is expected to support K2 Infragen’s focus on talent development, employee engagement, organisational effectiveness and workplace culture.
