Hyderabad, Telangana, India, August 2026 — ValueLabs has appointed Ipsita Mohanty as Senior Vice President – HR, marking another significant leadership progression in her long-standing association with the company. In her expanded role, she will lead HR initiatives, strengthen the company’s people strategy, and drive talent and organizational development to support business growth.
Mohanty has built a substantial part of her career at ValueLabs, where she has progressed through multiple HR leadership positions. Before her latest elevation, she served as Vice President – HR, following earlier responsibilities as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources and Associate Director – HR. Her journey with the organization has provided her with extensive experience across HR strategy, business partnering, talent management, employee engagement and organizational development.
Before rejoining ValueLabs in 2019, Mohanty spent two years with Deloitte as Assistant Manager – Human Resources in Hyderabad. She had previously worked with ValueLabs from 2014 to 2017 as Manager – HR Strategy & HR Business Partner, contributing to strategic people initiatives and HR business partnering for the organization.
Earlier in her career, Mohanty served as Senior Associate – HRBP & Corporate Training at Synechron in Pune. Her responsibilities there encompassed HR generalist activities, talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, training and development, and campus recruitment.
With more than 13 years of HR experience, Mohanty brings a combination of institutional knowledge and broader industry exposure to her new leadership position. Her career spans strategic HR leadership, HR business partnering, talent management, employee engagement, learning and development, and organizational development, positioning her to support ValueLabs’ evolving people priorities and organizational growth.
