Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, August 2026 — Raychem RPG (P) Ltd. has appointed Abhishikta Tripathi as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In her new leadership role, Tripathi will lead the company’s people strategy, strengthen leadership and organisational capabilities, and foster a high-performance culture supporting Raychem RPG’s continued growth and transformation.
Tripathi brings over 14 years of human resources experience, spanning business partnering, talent strategy, executive talent acquisition, employer branding, rewards, succession planning, people development, and organisational capability building. Prior to joining Raychem RPG, she served as HR Head – Commercial Functions at Reckitt, where she was responsible for supporting the organisation’s commercial functions from a people and HR leadership perspective.
Before Reckitt, Tripathi was Director – Employer Branding & Executive Talent Acquisition at The Coca-Cola Company. She previously spent nearly five years with L’Oréal, progressing through leadership positions including Head – Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, India, HR Business Partner – Corporate Functions, and Senior Manager – Rewards. These roles gave her broad exposure across talent acquisition, employer positioning, rewards, succession planning, and strategic HR partnering.
Earlier, Tripathi spent more than six years with Marico Limited, where she progressed from Management Trainee to several HR leadership responsibilities. Her roles included HR Manager – Campus Relations, HR Manager, and Business HR Manager – Research and Development. During this phase of her career, she worked across employer branding, internal communications, people development, campus relations, recognition programs, talent strategy, and succession planning.
Tripathi holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and Labour Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS). Her appointment brings to Raychem RPG a combination of business-facing HR leadership and specialist expertise developed across prominent FMCG and multinational organisations.
