India, August 2026 — Neha Singh has been appointed HR Head – VIP India at VIP (Vermont Information Processing), a Warburg Pincus portfolio company. In her new leadership role, Singh brings nearly two decades of human resources experience, with expertise spanning HR business partnering, talent management, HR analytics, compensation and benefits, change management, and people strategy.
Prior to joining VIP, Singh served as Assistant Vice President – HR at Intellect Design Arena Ltd, where she spent more than four years. Her experience there included HR business partnering and analytics, building on a career focused on aligning people priorities with organizational and business requirements. Before Intellect Design Arena, she was Senior Manager, HR Business Partner at XPO Logistics, further strengthening her experience across strategic and operational HR.
A significant part of Singh’s career was built at Capgemini, where she spent more than 10 years and progressed through multiple talent management and HR business partnering roles. She joined as Consultant – Talent Management, subsequently serving as Senior Consultant and Manager – Talent Management before moving into HRBP leadership as Manager and Senior Manager – HR Business Partner. This progression gave her broad exposure to talent strategy, HR policies, change management, analytics and business partnering.
Earlier in her career, Singh served as Assistant Manager – HR at GeometricPLM and held an Assistant Manager – HR position with NMSEZ, part of the Reliance Industries Group. She also gained early professional exposure with Siyaram Silk Mills Ltd. Her career trajectory reflects experience across technology, logistics and large corporate environments, combining specialist talent-management expertise with broader HR leadership responsibilities.
Singh holds a PGDBM in Human Resource from ITM Business School, Navi Mumbai, completed between 2005 and 2007. Her appointment at VIP marks the next phase of her HR leadership journey as she takes responsibility for the company’s people agenda in India.
