California, United States, August 2026 — Ohmium has announced the promotion of Sarah Roth to Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In her expanded executive leadership role, Roth will lead Ohmium’s global people and organizational strategy, aligning talent, culture and organizational capabilities with the company’s business priorities and growth objectives.
Roth has been with Ohmium since January 2025, initially joining as Senior Director, Human Resources. During her tenure, she has partnered closely with the executive leadership team to shape the company’s people strategy while advancing leadership development, talent management, organizational effectiveness and culture. As CHRO, she will lead the global Human Resources organization and advise the CEO and executive leadership team on workforce strategy, talent and organizational priorities.
Before joining Ohmium, Roth spent nearly four years with Veritas Technologies LLC. Most recently, she served as Director, HR Operations and Chief of Staff to the CHRO, managing HR programs and strategy supporting more than 6,500 global employees. Her responsibilities included culture, executive strategy, talent development and organizational change. She also managed global HR workstreams associated with the company’s 2024 separation and merger. Earlier, as Senior Manager, HR Global Shared Services, she led a 35-member global HR shared services team supporting executives and business functions.
Roth’s career also includes nearly nine years with Walt Disney World, where she built experience spanning operations, people management, organizational development, workforce planning, employee training and customer experience. Her positions included Club 33 Customer Experience & Project Manager, Project Specialist & Resort Chief of Staff, and Leadership, Food & Beverage Guest Service Experience Manager. Earlier in her career, she completed a Sales & Marketing internship with Fairmont Hotels and Resorts.
Roth holds a Master of Arts in Intercultural/Multicultural and Diversity Studies from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Her combination of global HR leadership, organizational transformation and operational experience will support Ohmium as it continues building its workforce and organizational capabilities around its growth in the green hydrogen sector.
