He was subsequently promoted to Assistant General Manager, then Acting General Manager, before assuming the role of General Manager in August 2026, culminating in his appointment as Chief Human Resources Officer.

Before joining Gulf Bank, Hamed gained early banking experience at the Commercial Bank of Kuwait, where he served in teller, account officer, and sales roles. He also held entrepreneurial responsibilities as Partner and Executive Manager at Adone International General Trading Company, broadening his commercial and leadership expertise.
