New Delhi, India, August 2026 — Hero MotoCorp has appointed Anuj Dua as Chief Business Officer – Premium Segment, strengthening its leadership as the company expands its presence across higher-displacement motorcycles and scooters.
In his new role, Anuj will oversee Hero MotoCorp’s premium motorcycle and scooter portfolio, with responsibility spanning product portfolio expansion, strategic partnerships, retail network development, customer engagement, community initiatives, and branded merchandise across performance and lifestyle segments. His appointment reflects Hero MotoCorp’s continued focus on strengthening its premium mobility business and building deeper connections with customers in fast-evolving higher-displacement categories.
Anuj brings more than 20 years of experience across product strategy, brand management, go-to-market planning, international business, consumer insights, pricing, portfolio management, and market expansion. Prior to this appointment, he served as Head – Global Product Planning at Hero MotoCorp, where he led product planning and strategic portfolio development across markets.
Before returning to Hero MotoCorp, Anuj spent nearly nine years at Royal Enfield, progressing through several senior leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Business Head – Asia Pacific, leading the company’s business across the region. Earlier, he was Head of Global Brand Management – Heritage, Head – Product Strategy & Lead – Go To Market, and Head – Global Product Strategy, where he worked across product planning, pricing, consumer insights, competitor benchmarking, profitability, marketing communication, and international market strategy.
Anuj had previously spent more than a decade with Hero MotoCorp, holding roles including Assistant General Manager – Global Product Planning, Assistant General Manager – Marketing, Senior Manager – Marketing, and Sales Manager. His responsibilities across these roles included consumer research, product evaluation, pricing strategy, new product launches, international market studies, dealer management, channel finance, and customer engagement. He began his career with Bajaj Auto as Assistant Manager – Retail, gaining early experience in brand management, retail strategy, consumer insights, and dealer network development.
Anuj holds an MBA in Marketing and IT from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, adding a strong academic foundation to his extensive experience in automotive strategy and business leadership.
