Dubai, United Arab Emirates, August 2026 — Roshan D’Costa has joined Marflow AG as Vice President, Operations & Human Capital, bringing more than 20 years of experience across human resources, operations and organisational management. In his new leadership role, he will focus on strengthening business operations, developing people capabilities and supporting Marflow AG’s global growth ambitions.
Before joining Marflow AG, D’Costa worked as a Consultant in HR Operations and Organization Development for a logistics and warehousing organisation in Dubai. In this capacity, he focused on developing scalable HR systems and processes, organisational development interventions, employee wellness metrics and operational efficiency.
Earlier, D’Costa spent more than 11 years with Bureau Veritas Group, progressing through several regional HR leadership positions. Most recently, he served as Director, Human Resources, Fuels, South East Europe, Middle East, Africa & Central Asia Regions, overseeing a broad geographical remit. His earlier responsibilities at Bureau Veritas included HR leadership across the Middle East and Caspian Sea region, strategic workforce initiatives, talent management, leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement and HR governance. He also served as Global Project Manager for the company’s employee engagement survey initiative.
Prior to Bureau Veritas, D’Costa spent more than six years with Emirates Aluminium (EMAL), where he progressed to Manager, HR & Employee Relations. His responsibilities covered HR strategy, manpower planning, recruitment, compensation, employee relations, performance management, HR systems and organisational processes. Earlier, he served as Human Resources Lead at Topaz Energy and Marine, where he helped establish the organisation’s HR function and supported recruitment, compensation, employee relations, training and HR technology implementation.
D’Costa’s earlier career included HR, business development and management responsibilities with Anaga Solutions/Assure Resources, Ferns Group and Amway India Enterprises. His combination of human capital leadership, organisational development and operational experience positions him to contribute to Marflow AG’s continued organisational development and international expansion.
