Before that, he had a long-standing association with the company as an HR Advisor from 2018 to 2024. Alongside his corporate assignments, he has also been associated with HR and Winning Studio as an HR Coach, reflecting his continued involvement in people development and HR advisory.

Earlier, Puri served as Head – HR at Continental Contitech India Pvt. Ltd., part of Continental AG Germany, from September 2015 to October 2016. His responsibilities centred on people capability development, talent management, employee engagement, employee involvement and employee relations, providing him with substantial exposure to the people requirements of manufacturing environments.

Puri holds an MPM & IR qualification from Jiwaji University, with a focus on Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration. His appointment at Madhav Group brings together his experience in manufacturing HR, employee relations, HR strategy and organisational capability building as the company continues to support infrastructure and industrial projects through its steel manufacturing and fabrication operations.
