India, August 2026 — Navya N. Rao has been appointed Associate Director – HR at Masscom Corporation, taking responsibility for leading the company’s India HR function. In her new role, she will partner with business leadership across people strategy, employee experience, performance, culture, talent acquisition, workforce planning and organizational effectiveness, while strengthening HR governance and processes to support business growth.
Prior to joining Masscom Corporation, Rao worked as an HR Strategic Advisor, partnering with founders and leadership teams to develop scalable HR systems, policies and people practices. She also served as Principal Human Resources Advisor at G-P, where she advised global clients on complex HR, compliance and employment lifecycle matters across APAC. Her responsibilities included aligning regional people practices with global frameworks and contributing HR expertise to AI-driven HR advisory initiatives.
Earlier, Rao spent more than three years with PowerSchool Group LLC as Senior Talent Business Partner, partnering with global R&D and executive teams on talent strategy, engagement and retention for a workforce of more than 800 employees. She also led Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, represented India on global forums and delivered leadership, compliance and change management programs supporting organizational transformation.
Her previous experience includes serving as Senior Executive – Human Resources Business Partner at L&T Technology Services and nearly six years with Gallagher, where she worked across employee and manager partnering, learning initiatives, engagement and organizational transitions associated with mergers and acquisitions. Her early career included experience in talent acquisition and HR with Tritium Consulting, Deccan Herald and Cafe Coffee Day India.
Alongside her corporate responsibilities, Rao serves as Bangalore Chapter Leader at Hacking HR, where she contributes to building an HR and business leadership community around emerging people practices and the future of work. With more than 14 years of HR experience, she brings expertise across HR strategy, business partnering, talent management, employee engagement, compliance, organizational transformation and people advisory to her new leadership mandate at Masscom Corporation.
