Canada, August 2026 — Sodexo Canada has appointed Kevin Booth as Chief Operating Officer, Health & Care, Corporate Services and Campus. Booth brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across complex service organizations, with a track record spanning operations, team leadership, client relationships, continuous improvement, and business growth.
Booth joins Sodexo following nearly 15 years with Compass Group Canada, where he progressed through a series of increasingly senior operational and executive leadership positions. Most recently, he served as President from May 2025 to August 2026, following three years as Executive Vice President. These roles built on extensive experience leading large-scale service operations and translating business strategy into operational execution.
Earlier at Compass Group Canada, Booth spent five years as Regional Vice President, after previously serving as Regional Director and District Manager. His progression across the organization, from district and regional operations to executive leadership, provided him with broad experience in managing teams, strengthening operational performance, supporting clients, and driving continuous improvement.
Before joining Compass Group Canada, Booth served as Manager of Food Services at Cedar Fair Entertainment Company, working at Canada’s Wonderland from 2008 to 2011. His career across food services and complex service environments has given him extensive operational leadership experience and a strong understanding of customer- and client-focused service delivery.
In his new role at Sodexo Canada, Booth will lead three key business segments — Health & Care, Corporate Services and Campus. Known for building high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement, he will focus on strengthening operational excellence and enhancing experiences across the Canadian business. His collaborative leadership approach and emphasis on strong client relationships will support Sodexo Canada as it advances its service and growth priorities.
