Copenhagen, Denmark, August 2026 — TP Aerospace has appointed Julie Løkkegaard as Chief People & Corporate Affairs Officer (CPCAO), expanding her leadership responsibilities across the company’s people and corporate affairs agenda. In her new position, she becomes a full member of TP Aerospace’s Executive Management Team.
Løkkegaard has been with TP Aerospace since 2017 and has played a key role in the company’s transformation from a founder-led scale-up into a professionally structured and globally integrated organisation. Most recently, she served as Director of Strategy, HR & Communications, a position she has held since September 2020.
During her tenure, Løkkegaard has helped build TP Aerospace’s global HR function while leading initiatives spanning communications, ESG, organisational development and strategy. Before becoming Director of Strategy, HR & Communications, she served as Global HR, CSR & Communications Manager, where her responsibilities included establishing HR processes and procedures and developing a global HR organisation across the US, EMEA and APAC. She initially joined TP Aerospace as Communications & CSR Manager, establishing the company’s central communications and sustainability function.
Before joining TP Aerospace, Løkkegaard worked with J. Lauritzen A/S, initially as a CSR Student Assistant and Master Thesis Student and later as CSR Assistant, with responsibilities spanning corporate communications, corporate social responsibility and responsible supply chain management. Earlier, she worked with Region Nordjylland in corporate communications.
Alongside her executive career, Løkkegaard has served as a Board Member at Hovedstadens Bygningsentreprise a/s since 2024. She holds a Master of Science in Culture, Communication & Globalisation – Organisation and Leadership from Aalborg University. Her progression at TP Aerospace reflects a career built at the intersection of people, strategy, communications, sustainability and organisational transformation.
